Soteria listens to user needs to recommend software and system solutions. Soteria has a strong track record in the government space, providing such recommendations during early phases of acquisition, as well as late stage involvement, upon realization that prior hardware decisions may not provide the intended outcome.
In one such program, a defense agency wanted to develop a system that tracks military patient movement. Soteria worked with the government cost acquisition agency and independent verifier on the initial acceptance of this program nearly 20 years ago, to review its economic and technical feasibility. The Milestone A review was noted as one of the most seamless processes experienced within the Air Force cost center. In this example, Soteria worked with government and its partners to eliminate organization barriers to provide essential transport to thousands of U.S. soldiers wounded on duty during world conflicts.
We have become a go-to in mitigating lagging or problematic work systems, Most of Soteria’s experience and success has been in assisting customers to recover from prior decisions involving hardware purchases that no longer supported user needs. Operating capability may not have been evaluated; sales solutions might have been purchased without considering unique environmental characteristics. Soteria has helped many customers to course correct and determine advantageous solutions that mutually serve users and the goals of their government agencies.
